1. Introduction
1.1 In the objective of protecting your personal data, Neoplanta Industrija mesa DOO Novi Sad, with headquarters in Novi Sad, Primorska no. 90, company registration no. 08142289 (hereinafter: Neoplanta), as data Controller, is by means of this Privacy Policy informing you about the method of processing of your data, made available to Neoplanta through your use of website www.neoplanta.rs
1.2 Neoplanta protects your privacy and processes all your personal data in a lawful manner, fairly and transparently, fully in compliance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Law”).
1.3 In the following text of the Privacy Policy, we shall inform you in detail about what personal data we collect and how we process the stated data
2. Technical data
2.1 Access to Neoplanta’s website is possible without registration.
2.2 When accessing the pages, the unique IP address data is recorded, which is anonymized. The IP address is used to log sessions, enable website security, as well as processing of potential access abuse.
2.3 In addition to this, when visiting Internet sites hosting and Internet service providers record metadata such as: tracking and determination of source and destination of communication; initiation, duration and termination of communication; transfer status; amount of transferred data; identification of the user’s terminal equipment; location of the user’s mobile terminal equipment; browser software type, language and version and operating system.
2.4 Identification of a person based on the IP address, used at a specific time, can be performed by the operator who provides the Internet service to that person, based on the request of the competent state authority, in accordance with valid regulations.
2.5 In the described cases, the legitimate interest of the Controller presents the legal basis for the processing of your personal data, because this data is required for the unimpeded technical functioning of the sites and identifying sessions.
3. Cookies
3.1 Cookies are used on Neoplanta’s website. Cookies are files in your browser, which are stored on your device, and which contain certain settings and data for exchange with our system. Cookies can be temporary, if they are stored during the session, or permanent, if they are stored after the session.

4. Google Analytics
4.1 Our website uses Google Analytics, an analytical service from Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountainview, California 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies that help analyze the use of the site by users, such as the pages you visit within our Factory’s website and the time you spend on them, the measurement of the number of active visitors, the analysis of clicks, the interests and demographic indicators of the visitor, internet pages from which you visit Neoplanta web pages and similar. Google uses this information to create a report on the activities on the Internet pages, which allows us to analyze their content, design and implement their technical and content upgrade.
4.2 Your IP address transmitted by your browser to Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data. Also, data about your IP address is anonymized before creating analytics. For the purposes of using the Google Analytics service, we do not process and do not forward your data to Google, based on which you could be identified.
4.3 Information collected in the described manner is sent by Google to servers in the USA, where it is stored. Neoplanta has activated IP anonymization on its websites; therefore, prior to sending, Google shortens your IP address within the member states of the European Union or other countries signatories of the European Economic Area Agreement.

5. Facebook Pixel
5.1 The website www.neoplanta.rs uses the Facebook pixel tool from Facebook, Inc. 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The Facebook pixel provides the possibility of monitoring the behavior of users logged in to their Facebook account, namely their interaction with Facebook ads and Neoplanta websites, i.e. redirecting to the Neoplanta page by clicking on a Facebook ad. This process is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and may help optimize future advertising efforts. The collected data is anonymous, so we cannot identify you based on it, nor do we send personal data to Facebook.
5.2 Your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Facebook server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of data collected by Facebook using this tool and therefore we inform you that, according to our knowledge, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed our page or clicked on our ad. 6. Google Tag manager
6.1 Neoplanta’s website uses the Google Tag Manager (GTM) tool. This service enables the management of bookmarks of Internet pages through an interface. GTM only implements tags. This means that it does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. GTM runs other tags that collect data as needed. If deactivated at domain or cookie level, it remains valid for all tracking tags if implemented with GTM.
7. Scheduling a Visit to Neoplanta
7.1 Neoplanta has enabled interested parties to schedule a visit to Neoplanta through the contact form on the website www.neoplanta.rs. When submitting a request for a visit, you will be asked for your first and last name and contact phone number, for further communication in order to schedule and implement the visit.
7.2 In this case, providing your data is voluntary, and your consent presents the legal basis for processing of stated data. If you do not agree to data processing, we will not be able to schedule a visit.
8. Contact
8.1 Neoplanta has enabled interested parties to send a message to Neoplanta via the contact form on the website www.neoplanta.rs. Before sending the message, you will be asked for your first and last name, address, contact phone number and e-mail address, for further communication regarding the relevant issue forwarded to Neoplanta.
8.2 In this case, providing your data is voluntary, and your consent presents the legal basis for processing of stated data. If you do not agree to data processing, we will not be able to respond to your query.
8.3 However, depending on the content of the message, Neoplanta may process your personal data on another legal basis. For example, if you submit a complaint about the quality of our products through the contact form, further processing of your data is necessary for Controller’s compliance with legal obligations.
9. Recruitment and Selection of Candidate
9.1 Interested parties are allowed to apply for current job openings at Neoplanta via the email address posted on the website. By clicking on the posted e-mail address you will start your e-mail application.
9.2 In the event that you send us a job application in this way, we will process the data that you provide to us on that occasion, namely your email address, data from your cover letter and CV, such as name and surname, date of birth, mobile phone number, address e-mails, address of residence, degree and type of education, work experience, data on possession of a driver’s license and category, certificates of passed professional exams that are relevant for employment, references. If you are invited to an interview, you will prior to the interview, additionally be informed about personal data which shall be processed during the further phases of recruitment and selection process.
9.3 Your data is processed for the purpose of communicating with you, processing your application, conducting the selection process, assessing your competencies and fulfilling the conditions for employment as well as potential employment.
9.4 In this case, you provide the data voluntarily, and the legal basis for data processing is Article 12, paragraph 1, item 2) of the Law on Personal Data Protection – processing is necessary in order for actions to be taken upon the request of the person to whom the data relates, before concluding of Agreement
10. Data Processors and Recipients
10.1 The data we process based on your use of the Neoplanta website shall be processed by the following categories of persons hired by Controller:
– management bodies of Neoplanta;
– the entity on whose server the Internet pages are hosted;
– persons hired to maintain Internet pages;
– persons engaged to provide other services to Neoplanta in connection with the Internet, advertising or analytics, web server management and similar;
– legal and external consultants of Neoplanta.
10.2 In the event of an acquisition, status change, liquidation procedure, bankruptcy, reorganization or implementation of another transaction resulting in a change in the ownership structure or management of Neoplant, data may be transferred to persons participating in such transaction.
10.3 Neoplanta has a concluded Agreement with all processors that regulates the subject and duration of processing, the nature and purpose of processing, the type of personal data and the type of person about whom the data is processed, as well as the rights and obligations of the Controller. The Agreement guarantees the implementation of appropriate technical, organizational and personnel measures, in a way that ensures that the processing is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations and protection of rights of persons to whom the data refers.
11. We can forward your data to competent State authorities and holders of public authority, based on their request, in accordance with applicable regulations.
11.1 The Controller processes your data in the Republic of Serbia and at the time of drafting this Privacy Policy has no intention of transferring it to another country or international organization.
12. Personal Data Protection Measures
12.1 We process personal data with the mandatory application of appropriate legal, technical, personnel and organizational measures in order to protect personal data, including protection against unauthorized or illegal processing, as well as against accidental loss, destruction or damage, in accordance with the legal principles pertaining to processing. Access to data is limited (necessary minimum) to persons who are entrusted with tasks related to data processing, and the processing is limited only to activities necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. Data is stored in a form that enables the identification of the person only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
13. Rights of Persons to Whom the Data Refers
13.1 In accordance with the Law, we also inform you about the rights you have pertaining to the processing of your personal data:
– Right to revoke consent to processing at any time, whereby the revoking of consent does not affect the data processing permission, based on consent given prior to revoking of consent
– The right to access your data and information about its processing, including providing a copy of the data with the obligation to reimburse us for the necessary costs for its drafting
– The right to correct, supplement and delete your personal data, without undue delay
– The right to restrict processing
– The right to object to the processing of your personal data, including a specific objection to the processing of data for the purposes of direct advertising, including profiling
– The right to data portability, in case of automated processing, based on consent
or Agreement.
13.2 You can exercise the above-mentioned rights, if conditions prescribed by the Law are fulfilled, by submitting a request to the Controller via e-mail: e-pisarnica@neoplanta.co.rs or by sending a request to the address of the Controller. The request must contain information about which data it refers to, the realization of which right is requested, the date and the handwritten signature of the applicant. In each specific case, the Controller shall evaluate the merits of your request, in accordance with the Law, and will respond to you within the prescribed period.
13.3 If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been conducted contrary to the provisions of the Law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 15, 11000 Belgrade.
14. Consent to Processing of Personal Data
14.1 When accessing Neoplanta websites, electronically (by clicking on specific button) you confirm that you are familiar with and agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
14.2 The Privacy Policy is subject to change. Website users will be notified on amendments during the first subsequent access to the page, for the purpose of electronic confirmation that they are familiar with and agree to the new Policy.
14.3 The Privacy Policy comes into effect on November 11st, 2020.
