With the aim of acquiring the skills and knowledge necessary for effective management of employees and teams, as well as personal empowerment of employees for leadership roles, we have during a four-month period trained all our managers on the same topics, dividing them into four groups: chief operators, supervisors, middle management and top management. Topics covered in this program include: communication skills, giving feedback, motivation of team and self-motivation, stress management and practicum.
Exactly 70 training sessions were carried out, but even though the Program has finished, this is not the end of it all and our leaders are expected to apply everything learned in practice.
