Education and development of employees is an area in which our Company takes pleasure to invest in. Recognizing the wishes and needs of our colleagues for personal improvement, expanding knowledge in numerous areas, improving competences as well as the so-called “soft” skills, our Company has formed an internal training team, consising of five employees.
As in everything we do, quality is our first priority, and our colleagues who are part of the Internal Training Team work on creating and implementing a training program which is fully aligned with the needs of our employees. Extremely motivated, through individual and group work, our colleagues prepare interesting training courses that other employees will have the opportunity to attend, as needed.
This Team will contribute to ensure that trainings are fully adapted to the needs of our organization, because who knows our needs better than us?
